Snug Concepts welcome you to our On-Line Shop, where you will find a choice of products that have been specially selected for a pleasurable shopping experience.
These are the terms and conditions (which include our Privacy Policy) on which we do business for goods ordered through this website. These terms and conditions are designed to set out clearly our responsibilities and your rights. Please read the following fully before placing your order and retain a copy for future reference.

We may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the Site but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order. TERMS OF SALE
All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. A contract is formed between us and you when (and not before) we have sent you confirmation by writing or email to the address or email address you have given and receive settlement of your credit/debit card payment. This confirmation amounts to an acceptance by Snug Concepts of your offer to buy goods or services from Snug Concepts and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the confirmation.
If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible, and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund in full for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK. We aim to dispatch your goods in 2-3 working days for standard goods and 5-7 working days for made-to-measure or special items. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable postal delays or force majeure.

Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown in our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to despatch of the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Pictures, illustrations or descriptions or any other information submitted or contained in this website or other advertising matter are for general information and guidance. There may be minor variations between the goods as shown or described on our website and those dispatched to you without affecting their function, quality or price.

-Our Right To Cancel Your Order-
Snug Concepts have the right to cancel your order if:-
1) We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods.
2) If you have ordered from a County, Island or Country that we do not deliver to.
3) The goods ordered have unknown to us become discontinued
4) A pricing error or typing error has occurred within our database or web site.
With respect to cancellation by Snug Concepts, we will notify you by email and no discounts or compensation will be offered. Any monies paid by you will be refunded in full.

DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to dispatch all items within 3 days of receipt of cleared payment. You should therefore allow 7 working days for delivery. International orders and orders from offshore islands may take longer to arrive. We always try to contact our customers if there are extraordinary circumstances that would affect delivery performance. All blinds and curtain poles are dispatched by a reputable courier company usually (TNT or UPS) and will require a signature at the time of receipt of goods. Emailing us a contact telephone number is always advised to aid the courier company in locating you should problems arise.
CANCELLING ITEMS
If you are a consumer, under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in the United Kingdom. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by post or email, at the address or email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you wish to modify, exchange or cancel your order please contact our Customer Service at info@snugconcepts.co.uk or call +44 (0)5602 753161 for an Order Cancellation number stating your wish to cancel, modify or return your order.
Sometimes it will not be possible to stop an order from being despatched, because we endeavour to process orders on the same day. If your order has already been fully processed and despatched, please follow the returns policy.
RETURNS POLICY
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must return the goods to us at your own cost, in their unused, original condition, and in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Therefore when opening items initially you should exercise caution to not mark or damage the items or packaging. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Provided that the goods are in their original condition, we will refund your money (less the restocking fee), excluding delivery charges, within 30 days. We require that the goods be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us as set out in these Terms within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs relating to the recovery of the goods.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the goods or have any other complaint about them, you should contact us, as shown below, for a refund or replacement.
Snug Concepts does not offer a free postal return service.
We are happy to refund postage cost in the event that a) you return the products within eight (8) working days of delivery, b) and that the product is not what was ordered or c) the product is flawed d) you have received prior authorisation from us. We would ask for a copy of the proof of postage detailing the postage costs. In all other cases product returns and cancellations are subject to the payment of the transportation charges by you.

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
We shall not be liable to you for any business losses such as loss of profits or consequential damage arising from any failure to supply the goods in accordance with the contract.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
